Central Networks’ Update Indicative charges published 18th December Based on understanding of DPCR5 final proposals Demand tariffs +1.5% for CNE and +17% for CNW, on average Generation tariffs (HV / LV) become negative No charges for pre-April ‘05 generation Final tariffs to be confirmed mid February Stakeholder workshop held 22 December Derogation requests: Request relating to ‘off peak’ capacity withdrawn Request relating to reactive power billing granted, but with September 2010 end date (CN asked for April 2011) Generic and site specific losses updated for April 2011 Work ongoing to rationalise allocation of LLFCs 15 January 2010 energynetworks.org 2
