XLS QUOTATION BUILDER • What the tool does • Uses the code from System Builder to preload the major configuration (You can also enter information directly without a code) • Additional drive and interface details are added at this level • Provides two forms of printable quotes • End User with detailed system information and MSRP price total • Reseller with detail line item break down and reseller/MSRP cost • Allows individual reseller representatives to save and track their own XLS quotes This all Sounds Good Now Let’s See it!!! 10. XLS SYSTEM BUILDER LIMITATIONS • Computer system used for “SYSTEM BUILDER” must have current version of Macromedia Flash Player installed to use • For application to be active PowerPoint must be in slide show mode • To print “current configuration” it is necessary to exit out of slide show mode and print the slide • If the entire PowerPoint presentation is saved the “SYSTEM BUILDER” will be left in it’s last state • Multiple configurations may be saved within the Flash application space through the system builder application. It is recommended to create a “Restore Default Settings” to overwrite any previous configuration settings XLS Sales Tools Rev 0

11. XLS QUOTATION BUILDER • Hosted in password protected web area • Password administrated by Yvonne Ramos-individual password required by reseller representative • You are required to have a valid Qualstar Lead registration number to generate a quote • Quote is based upon real time pricing information • Quote contains detailed product information, installation information, and shipment notes • All individual quotes are tracked and stored for latter recall XLS Sales Tools Rev 0
