  3. Team’s Work and Focus • Assist each RESA within the ETC area in the acquisition and analysis of regional and system test data to facilitate school and system improvement. Provide guidance in the acquisition, installation, and implementation of a standards-based classroom that effectively utilizes technology tools and resources.   5. Why Use the Keys to Quality? The addition of instructional technology to support student achievement adds significant value to the standards-based classroom. Using the High-Impact Practice Implementation Rubric: Standards Based Classroom allows us to use the common language from the Keys to Quality so that integrating instructional technology can be done in an aligned and focused manner that is scalable to all districts.
