  2. The purpose of the diploma research is to carry outANALYSIS OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND WAYS OF ITS IMPROVEMENTThe object of the research is KATRIS Ltd.The subject of the research is the BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

  3. The following tasks were set in the diploma project: • to analyse the content of the concept “BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” ; • to study theoretical bases of research of BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM; • to carry out the analysis of BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF KATRIS Ltd; • to define ways of improvement of BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN KATRIS Ltd.

  4. The theoretical part consists of: The definition of the “BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”. Nature and function of enterprise management. Management of business enterprises. The organizational structure of enterprise management.

  5. The Main Facts of The main products are: • aluminum ceilings and facades; • cabinet furniture; • composite HPL; • mesh construction; • ceilings; • moisture resistant particleboard.

  6. Recommendations based on SWOT-analysis • The possibility of extending the range, becoming one of the leaders of the market, as well as the acquisition of its own transport and production of furniture sets are of great importance for the Katris company. • The possibility of growth in consumption, entering new regional markets and improving product quality must constantly be monitored as they may become threats for the company. • The threat of lower demand due to the low solvency of the population. The risk for the organization requires immediate removal. Katris Ltd should always focus on other threats and try to eliminate them as much as possible.

  7. The results of analysis of MANAGEMENT system It does not have a comprehensive system of cost management. The company does not have an established separate department of controlling. Tight fiscal policy of the state has a negative impact on the commercial activity. Some functions such as budgeting, forecasting and strategic management have not been implemented.

  8. Ways of improving business management system Replacement of the organizational structure. Change of strategy organization. Subunit modification. Change of management technology.

  9. Recommendations The introduction of management information system consists of meeting the challenges: • automated fixation of primary data on production costs; • timely and accurate transmission of information by means of collecting funds for its processing; • information processing; • automatic output and display of the results of calculations; • timely and accurate transmission of results in solving problems to relevant departments of the enterprise or other conjugated systems.
