The Apartment She Will Choose • Jasmine will choose the first apartment because it is cheaper, so she can afford the rent. • She will be living by herself because this apartment has a one bedroom. Lets Do The Math: Rent: $650/mo Security: $650 No Brokers Fee Add the first month rent with the security. The total she will be paying is $7800.

  8. How Will She Get A Apartment?? • She will save three paychecks in order to pay for her first month rent and security. • She would also use some of her $373.33 from the amount saved to pay her cell phone, cable bill, and food .

Jasmine’s Year Ending Results • If she sticks to this plan she will have $ 9331.35 left over to buy a nice laptop which is the HP mini 210 series for $299.99 and anything else she needs. • Even though her apartment is in a high crime area , she will just have to deal until she graduates college.
