Project Overview • Our Project purpose is to provide a system to allow the doctor or nurse to access a centralised database for viewing, updating and deleting of patients records to give proper consultation and medicine prescription • Divided into 2 major system: Centralised Patient Medical Information System (CPMIS) Patient Medical Information System (PMIS)
