  1. Master Briefing Template Instructions • Upon opening presentation, immediately save as with new file name to match with current date. (W:\images\briefing\Weekly Briefing – 10 AM XX-XX-XXXX) • Go through the presentation and decide which slides are most relevant to your weekly briefing. • Delete the slides you don’t need and adjust the header/add text on each slide as necessary. • When the presentation is completed, save it as a PDF in the briefings folder in the web directory. (W:\images\briefing\)
