  2. Chapters 1 & 2 One day Grandfather did not wake up. Little Willy was worried .Willy ran to Doc Smith’s house and said, “DOC SMITH! Grandfather is still in bed and he won’t come out of bed.” Doc smith said, “Grandfather is not sick he wants to give up on life”.

  3. chapter 3&4 Searchlight went sledding with Little Willy and they had a great time. Little Willy and Search light race against time. They like to race fast. Search light like to play in the snow with little Willy. When Little Willy got home there was a guy in the house. He had a gun in his hand. Willy said” Don’t shot”! The guy said” Leave the mutt outside’”. The guy said” You must pay or give up your farm. Willy said ” NO ”!

  4. Chapter 5&6 Little Willy went to the bank. They said sell. Willy talk to everyone. They said sell. He asked grandfather . He only cried. Little Willy saw a poster that said race rewarde $500 Willy got exited. Willy told Maior smiley that he was going to sign up for the race. He had barely enough money in college saving account. He paid the entanrce fee. There was a competior named Stone Fox. He never lost a race before. Willy memorized the track.

  5. chapters 7 & 8 Willy saw some dogs in a barn. Willy then saw Stone Fox. Stone Fox hit Willy in the face. Stone Fox didn’t talk to Willy. Willy eye was hart all night and he didn’t get sleep.

  6. Chapter 9&10 Willy was ready to race a shot a gun in the air. BOOM!!! Searchlight stared runing fast. Go Searchlight Go! Willy said. Searchlight ran faster and her heart burst .Willy got his sled and huged Searchlight . Stone Fox got off his sled and drawed a line in the snow. He said “Anyone come past this line I will shot. Willy picked up Searchlight and past the finish Line. • The End.
