  3. Biologie • Syndrome inflammatoire +++: augmentation de la CRP, VS, Plaquettes, leucocytose • Anémie • Désordres électrolytiques hypokaliémie, hypomagnésémie, hypocalcémie, hypoalbuminémie • Bilan hépatique perturbé (cholangite sclérosante) • ASCA+/ANCA-  MC.ASCA-/ANCA+  RCH

  4. Coloscopie Sous anesthésie générale Préparation colique Régime sans résidu 3 jours avant Ingestion de 4 litres de COLOPEG la veille Complications immédiates ou à distance Perforation, hémorragie, sepsis par translocation bactérienne

  6. Radiologie • ASP: colectasie, pneumopéritoine • Transit du grêle: sténose(s), fistule(s) • IRM : trajets fistuleux (lésions ano-périnéales) • Scanner abdominal :abcès, épaisseur de l’atteinte transmurale • Le lavement baryté • L’entéroscanner
