Cheese is not a food complement, it’s food. In Greece cheese is an edible people love and consume every single hour of the day from early morning till late at night. In particular, there is a goody on which a whole industry and trade has been based due to Greek love for it, the well-known cheese pie

In addition …. • Cheese can be eaten as a starter, main course, with the salad or even with fruit • Combinations of high gastronomic taste is melon with cheese or sultana raisin with Gruyere. • It gives great taste in food and is easily digested • It is a basic ingredient of Greek productive force • It is an alternative way to preserve and conserve milk.
