  2. • Epson is a Japanese company and they manufacture computer printers •Its headquarter is situated in suwa, nagano , Japan • some of the equipments manufacture by them are inkjet printer ,dot matrix printer, robots etc • this company was founded in 1942

  3. • open start • type control panel •Click on control panel •Click device and printers •Open printer menu •Click properties •Click hardware •Click the cleaning option •Follow any on screen prompt

  4. •Open the apple menu •Click system preference •Click printer and scanner •Select a printer •Click options and supplies •Click utility •Click open printer utility •Select the cleaning option •Follow any on –screen prompt

  5. •Gather your supplies. They are isopropyl alcohol, water, bowl and paper towel •Unplug the printer after turning it off •Cartridges will be removed •Print head unit will be removed •Create a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water •That mixture will be poured on bowl •Place print head unit on that mixture •Leave print head alone for 2 minutes •Dab print head on paper towel •Print head will be tested
