  28. Let’s Reflect on the Year…

  29. What does it really mean to be an educator now-a-days?

  30. You have taught people what they needed to know . . . Sometimes whether they knew they needed to know it or not!!!

  31. But as well as things went, I know there were days when you wondered . . . What have I gotten myself into?!!!

  32. Sometimes the work was interesting . . .

  33. But, sometimes the details were a little over peoples’ heads . . .

  34. Sometimes you introduced things your staff were not quite ready for . . .

  35. Or provided advice they weren’t quite ready to take. . .

  36. With some groups you may even have felt uneasy . . .

  37. Trapped . . .

  38. Confused . . .

  39. Underappreciated . . .

  40. Or even a little lost . . .

  41. But through it all…. You hung in there; you persevered.

  42. Thanks for a great school year!!!!!

  43. Year-Round Needs • Please stay if you have questions or needs that you would like addressed.
