VIDYO SYSTEMS VidyoLines A VidyoLineis a perpetual licence and enables a concurrent connection through the VidyoRouter to a conference or another user with support for up to 1080p up and down • In short… • Each Router can service up to 100 VidyoLines • (VidyoLine licences purchased individually) VidyoLines • Each line represents a caller • e.g. 10 lines and 1 person could talk to 9 people • or 2 people to 4 different people each etc • VidyoLines are added to expand the system capacity as • and when required - no additional hardware

VIDYO SYSTEMS VidyoDesktop VidyoDesktopis a purchasable licence issued to a PC which gives the user access to their own ‘Virtual Conference Room’ (The basic system usually starts with 1000 licenses) This in turn permits them to connect to, or invite any number of other licensed users into a personal conference VidyoDesktop

This may be a Point-to-Point call, or multi-point conference between any number of other registered users Or sessions sharing data from any of the conference members computers Furthermore… Any registered user can invite any number of unregistered ‘guests’ to join in a conference from any internet connected PC - anywhere (each guest would consume one ‘perpetual’ licence but not have access to their own virtual room) Note: These images are from an actual conference The members participating are mostly from home offices with domestic broadband connection

  16. Simply….. The VidyoRouter under direction of the VidyoPortal connects the VidyoDesktop users via the pre-purchased VidyoLines. Example: Person 1 connecting to person A using in effect 2 lines A 1 B C 2 D E If the company had purchased 6 VidyoLines… Then Person 1 could connect to A, B, C, D and E in one conference.. or connect to A and C whilst their colleague, Person 2 connected to B and D etc

VIDYO SYSTEMS There you have it Your basic conferencing system ready to go Any registered user can connect to any other registered user via the VidyoRouter for video and data conferencing to PC / Laptop / iPad / iPhone If lines usage become heavy Simply add another VidyoRouter with up to another 100 lines You could for example issue 500 VidyoDesktop licences and with a router and 100 lines have up to 100 concurrent point to point calls going on

VIDYO SYSTEMS VidyoRoom All you need to add is a VidyoRoom System Basically a codec and HD PTZ Camera system, there are a number of options to ensure you can have the right facility to cope with any size from small to telepresence Of course, there may still be occasions when you want to have an established Video Conferencing Room to gather people together
