Methodology • For each of 300 rays spread over the pupil, run 6 polarized raytraces, with input Ex, Ey, phase Y: • 1, 0, 0 • 0, 1, 0 • .7, .7, 0 • .7, .7, 180° • .7, .7, 90° • .7, .7, -90° • Compute I, Q, U, V from output Ex, Ey, phase for each ray and sum over all rays. • Compute instrument Mueller matrix: each pair gives first and one other column of the matrix.
