(A) WT and mutant plants were grown under low-light conditions (75-80 mmol photons/m2s m-2 sec-1,) for four 4 weeks. Total protein samples containing 4 g Chl were subjected to SDS-PAGE on a Tris-Gly gel, followed by immunoblot analysis with antibodies against the C- terminus of the D1 protein and OE33. (B) A Coomassie blue-stained gel of the samples shown in (A). The bands corresponding to the large (LSU) and small (SSU) subunits of Rubisco and the major PSII antenna (LHCII) are indicated on the right.
