  5. Impact of Work On construction of water harvesting tank at BharogBhaneri, 8 hectares agriculture land has covered under under irrigation. The water tank was the top priority of farmers of these area. Eight families are benefited with the scheme. These farmers carry the water from the tank to their fields through flexible pipes for irrigation purpose and are cultivating off seasonal crops like capsicum, bottlegourd, bittergourd and pumpkin etc. and expect to reap the good harvest in the coming summer-rainy season. It is expected that this water tank will meet the requirement of local farmers and have appreciated the efforts of Department.

  10. Impact of Work Prior to this scheme, rain water washed away through surface in rainy season. After construction of this scheme waste water are being utilized by the farmer and about 12 hectares land are irrigated. The farmer has started to sowing cash crop now. It is expected that the economic condition of these farmer will definitely be improved.

  13. Impact of Work After the construction of water harvesting tank at Mehat GP KandoKansar 8 hectares of agriculture land has brought under irrigation. The water tank was the top priority of farmers of these area. 5 Nos. families are benefited by this scheme. Now these farmers use to carry the water from the tank to their fields through gravity by the flexible pipes for irrigation purpose of their crops like capsicum, Tomatos, Peas, bittergourd and pumpkin etc. and expect to reap the good harvest in the coming summer-rainy season. It is expected that this water tank will meet the requirement of local farmers fully. The local people have also appreciated the watershed development programme implemented by the department.
