  2. States in Your Region • There are four states in the Southwest. They are Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas.

  5. Where Your Region is Located • Southwest is located in the United States. The boarder of the Southwest are Nevada,California,Kansas,Missouri,Utah,Colorado,Arkansas,Louisiana and Mexico.

  6. Climate of Your Region In the Southwest it is very hot in summer. It is also dry and damp. Some mountain areas can be cold and snowy. The highest temperature it could go is 157 F. the coldest temperature it could go is 50 F.

  7. Resources/What Your Region is Known For In Texas they have crude oil and the dry land is for ranching. In Arizona they have gold , silver , copper and grain. In New Mexico they have minerals. Minerals are the most richest naturalresources. In Oklahoma they have the greatest natural resources . Oklahoma has its fertile soil and its mineral wealth.
