  2. How to Self-Enroll in WebAssign Your instructor has decided to allow students to self-enroll into this WebAssign course. Please go to the login page at: https://www.webassign.net/login.html Your Class Key for this class is: montgomerycollege 6915 5530

  3. Click the I have a Class Key button

  4. Enter and Submit the Class Key

  5. Verify Class Information If the correct course and section is not listed, check with your instructor.

  6. Create a New Account or Use Your Existing One To create an account, select the first button and click Continue. To use an existing account, select the second button and log in using your login information.

  8. Be Sure to Remember your Login! After clicking a confirmation page displays. Remember what you entered as your username and password. Click

  9. How Do I Pay for WebAssign? After logging in you will see a notice that includes Grace Period information and payment options.

  10. Access Codes • You can use WebAssign for free until your grace period is over. Purchase an access code online or purchase one from your bookstore and enter it before the grace period ends. • When entering your access code from the bookstore, you will be asked to choose a Prefix from the drop-down menu. A Prefix is the block of letters at the beginning of the code such as AT, BJ, WebAssign-S, etc.

  13. What If I Forget My Password? If you know your username, institution code and the email address on file for your account, you can request to reset your password from the login page. Otherwise you will need to ask your instructor to reset your password.

System Requirements • While WebAssign is designed to be as cross-browser compatible as possible, the following browsers and operating systems are officially supported: * Firefox 3.0 or higher, on Windows, Mac, and Linux * Internet Explorer 7.0, on Windows * Safari 3.0 or higher, on Windows and Mac WebAssign requires that Javascript be enabled in the browser, and that cookies be enabled. The WebAssign cookie is used only to keep the user logged in securely, and is deleted when the browser is closed. No browser plug-ins are required to use the WebAssign system itself, however some content requires the standard Flash, Shockwave, or Java plug-ins to be installed and enabled. Questions using mathPad, for example, require Flash Player 10.0 or higher.
