  10. bekostiging • Het project wordt gesubsidieerd door de EVD (Economische Zaken), maar niet voor 100%. • De deelnemende studenten betalen een eigen bijdrage van 350 euro per persoon. • De begeleidende docenten betalen een eigen bijdrage van 1100 euro per persoon. • vlucht Amsterdam-(Frankfurt-)Hongkong en retour en zeven overnachtingen (zondag 7 t/m zondag 14 december) worden uit de subsidie betaald. • De overige kosten moeten de deelnemers zelf betalen bijvoorbeeld: reis-en annuleringsverzekeringen, maaltijden, overig vervoer en uitgaven van persoonlijke aard. • De eigen bijdrage moet vooraf worden betaald. Betaling via Haagse Hogeschool

  11. Visum • Reisdocumenten • Voor een bezoek aan Hongkong moet het paspoort nog minimaal 1 maand geldig zijn na vertrek uit Hongkong. • Voor een eventueel bezoek aan 'mainland' China is een visum voor China nodig. Multiple entry

  12. DAY PROGRAM • 09:00 students arrive • 09:15 briefing • lunchbreak during Naked Poodle • 16:00 presentation to industry client, 5 minutes per team • 17:00 students clean their tables • 17:15 students leave

  13. workshopbegeleiders • Gastheer, te woord staan publiek, Pers • Inhoudelijke begeleiding, motiveren • Samenwerking studenten in banen leiden • 3 dagen actief, 1 dag vrij. • Slapen in Novotel (bij NL delegatie)

  15. the program on the first day (Sunday) will • be as follow: • 1. 11:24am - Pick up from HK airport by students and faculty member who • participate in the ID Open Studio • 2. 1pm - Check in Fok Ying Tung Hall of Residence for students and • Novotel for tutors • 3. PM - rest or city tour (depend on your choice) • 4. 7pm - Dinner gathering • 5. 9pm - Return to Hostel / Hotel

  16. opdrachten • Octopus (openbaar vervoer betaalkaart) • Totaal 17 miljoen kaarten in omloop, elke dag 10 miljoen transacties. Gebruik voor o.a OV, parkeren, automaten, aankopen, toegang gebouwen. • Innovatief ontwerp voor sold accessoirs (o.a usb stick, sleutelhanger). Interessant voor Octopus omdat ze hun techniek kunnen verbinden met een nieuw verrassend ontwerp waar mee ze het merk Octopus nog aantrekkelijker kunnen maken voor een bepaalde doelgroep. • Speciale kaart/product in opdracht van NL. Is voor Octopus minder interessant omdat deze kaart weinig betekent voor hun branding. Voor Nederland zou het een leuk ‘ open minds’ geschenk kunnen zijn aan relaties in HK of voor BODW bezoekers.

  17. opdrachten • TTI (Techtronic Industries) has accepted our invitation to participate in the Int'l Student Workshop. TTI website: http://www.ttigroup.com/company/company.php • They are aware that all the participating students will visit their company on Dec 8 (Mon).  In addition, I told them "sustainability" was expected to be one of the topics used by the industry clients and asked if they were interested using it.
