  1. Club Meeting Spring Fling is NEXT WEEK!

  2. Who are we? • These are some friendly faces for you to know… • Patrice & Greg • Jared- Executive Director • Morgan- Logistics Director • Max- Field Operations Director

  3. Risk Management • Welcome our guest and listen up!

  4. What to know about trash? • Behind the club booths there will be separate bins for trash and the special compostable items • We will show you where it is on the map! • If at any time the bin is full or messy please clean it up, it is everyone’s job to keep that area clean

  5. Where are you keeping your food? • The refrigerator truck will be directly behind the club booths but outside the fence so you will need credentials to get in and out • We ask that all of you label every bit of food you will be storing in the truck so no one’s food gets mixed up or lost • This will also be next to the ice truck that you will be getting ice from

  6. Credentials • You will need to use our badge system to get in and out of the event • Jared will explain this now and we will run it over again at set-up • For general entrance to the event please bring your Catcard!

  7. Clubs Parking! • We recommend that your volunteers park in Cherry Garage • It is free on Saturday and Sunday but there is a $5 prepay on Friday • If the garage is full, then park in any of the South of 6th lots.

  8. Basic Rules • No weapons or drugs of any kind • Do not show up under any sort of influence • No smoking including electronic cigarettes

Commercial Booth Trainings! • If you have a commercial booth on Thursday at 3:45pm you will need to send 2-4 club reps to learn how to run your booth • On Friday your booth staff needs to be present at the field at 3pm so as to set up your booth • However if you are a food commercial booth you must be present at 2:30pm on Friday to prepare for the Health Department check

  14. Original Booth Move-on! • Odd # club booths: setting up from 11-2pm on the 9th • Even # club booths: setting up from 2:30-5:30pm on the 9th • You will bring one car per club, we will let you park in the service permits on Cherry and you can unload your car from there • You will also be able to drive appliances up to the back of your booth one club at a time • If you do not finish set up in that time you need to let us know on Wednesday • Your booth must be fully staffed by 2:30pm on Friday, Health Department Check 3:30pm

  15. Clean-up! • Each night you will clean and prep your booth for closing and your club can leave once we have checked it over and confirm • Sunday night we close at 6pm • This means that at 6:01pm you need to begin cleaning your booth • We recommend: 1 person go and get their car for loading up the supplies, 1 person is in charge of getting the ticket bucket counted with business, 2-3 people are cleaning the booth and arranging your coke products • Clubs 1-4 will empty out first and then 5-8 and the 9-12 and then 13-16
