I’m Going to 5th Grade Fifth Graders: • Eat lunch at 1:00(right after fourthgrade) • Don’t switch classes • Take three TAKS tests (reading, science, and math) • Work on projects and in groups • Visit Durham Middle School • Serve as new student tour guides • Have one year of elementary school left

  10. I’m Going to 5th Grade In 5th grade remember to: • Put your name in the correct place on every paper • Complete all homework for each class • Come to class prepared • Serve as a role model for the entire school

I’m Going to 5th Grade • Check the Rockbrook website for school supply lists and updates. • Use the Rockbrook website to become familiar with fifth grade teachers and their expectations. • Relax, going to fifth grade is fun and exciting. You are going to have a great time. • Attend Meet the Teacher Night. • Start your first day well-rested, prepared, and ready to be in school. • Have a great 5thgrade year!
