How To Entertain Like A Lady Cranberry Vanilla Bean Skinnytini Calories: 120 calories / cocktail Cost: $2.55 Glass: Martini Ingredients 2 oz. cranberry and vanilla reduction (see recipe below) 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 1 ½ oz. Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka 1 oz. sparkling wine, to top • In a martini shaker combine cranberry & vanilla reduction, freshly squeezed lime juice and vodka. Fill the martini shaker halfway with ice. • Shake for 5-10 seconds, or until very cold. • Pour into martini glass and top with sparkling wine • Garnish with a fresh cranberry or floating lime circle. • NOTE: Add more cranberry and vanilla reduction if you prefer your cocktail a little sweeter. • Cranberry and Vanilla Reduction • 1 package fresh or frozen cranberries • 1 cup water • 1 cup sugar • 1 vanilla bean • (can substitute for 1 tbsp. of pure vanilla extract) • In a large pot, combine cranberries, water and sugar. Turn on high and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn heat down and add vanilla bean/vanilla extract. Let simmer for 15-30 minutes. • Once the cranberries have blistered sufficiently, strain the reduction through a fine sieve and adjust sugar content. You want the cranberry to be the star, creating a nice tartness, while also wanting it to be as sweet as a syrup. • Makes enough for 15-20 cocktails. Recipe develop by

Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka 2 - 3 oz. diet cranberry juice • In a martini shaker combine vodka and cranberry juice.
