Example team objective cascade

HOW TO USE THIS <br>Cascading objectives from the top of an organization all the way to individuals is a difficult, but importanbt task for a leader. The task becomes doubly complex when you are in a horizontal function, like a region. This template is used to sanity check alignment. The rows should represent objectioves streams - objectives of matrix stakeholders. The columns are individual personal objectives across a team. Column AU shows a Team Leader how well aligned her team is to all the stakeholder priorities.

The task becomes doubly complex when you are in a horizontal function, like a region. The example template in the next slide would be used to sanity-check alignment. The rows should represent objectives streams - objectives of matrix stakeholders. The columns are individual personal objectives across a team. The last column shows a Team Leader how well aligned her team is to all the stakeholder priorities. You can see if you are over-supporting an objective or under-supporting it
