  2. Supplemental Figure 2. Proposed cyclization pathways of the SSTLH and CBTS terpene synthases. Although they utilize different substrates differing by one isoprenyl unit (FPP for SSTLH and GGPP for CBTS), the products of these enzymes are the result of a similar cyclization pathway. Thus, the CBTS and SSTLH enzymes share similar reaction mechanisms in addition to similar primary amino acid sequence.
