About us … • Fertgas was established in 2007 having as core competence the trading and distribution of chemical products and adjacent services • We offer a wide selection of logistical, financial and consulting services • Our outstanding relationship with suppliers allows us to offer exceptional conditions to our customers and partners • To our suppliers we offer a wide range of marketing expertise, in depth knowledge of our key markets, regular flow of products and optimal financing conditions • The portof Constanta is an importantissueforthecompanyas, in theplanningforthefinancialyear 1.7.12 - 30.6.13, a quantityof min. 25.000 MT through Constanta isforeseen. Around 30% ofthisquantityhasalreadybeenachieved • Having in mindtheimportanceoftheDanubetransportationforFertgas, thecompanyacquired also themembershipin the Pro DanubeAssociation • 2013 markstheyear in whichournew Gas Division withitsexperiencedandmotivatedstaffmembers, will diversifyouractivities. Germany, Austria andthe Czech Republicarethefirstlicensedmarkets. Hungary, Slovakia, Sloveniaandothers will followrespectively. • Future plansincludenewactivitiesliketradingwithliquifiednatural gas, tradingwithpetrochemicalsanddirectdistributionoffertilizers in keymarkets • Yearly figures: • 170.000 MT of fertilizers shipped (of which ard. 100.000 on the Danube) • Turnover of ard. EUR 50 million
