Small Business Program • Small Business (SB) Awards By Category • A percentage of the total value of all prime contracts shall be awarded to certain business firms in accordance with statutory requirements. There are five distinct goals: • Small Business (SB), • Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) • Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) • Small Businesses located in Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) • Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVSB) • Standard: Published by SAF/SB annually. The targets (percentage of contract awards by category) are based on historical data and input from MAJCOM/field activities. Wing-specific goals are assigned by HQ AETC/A7K.
