CM – City Manager Fine – Monetary penalty assessed for a violation. I – Inspector IU – Industrial User

Meeting – Informal compliance meeting with IU to resolve recurring noncompliance. PC - Pretreatment Coordinator. SV – Significant violation. Show Case – Formal meeting requiring the IU will appear and demonstrate why the Control Authority should not take a proposed enforcement action against it. The meeting may also serve as a forum to discuss corrective action and compliance schedules. IP Tech – Industrial Pretreatment Technician. WWMD – Wastewater Management Division Director.
