Presently, at the Tripler Army Medical Center, Richard Suvanarat acts as the Sleep Lab Supervisor and is in charge of the technical and administrative staff. The clinic runs 24 hours a day, 7days a week with a staff of 7 under his supervision and leadership. He is a key member of the team that established the first non-fellowship accreditated sleep disorders center for the DOD, and for this, Richard Suvanarat is respected for being an important and integral part of the TAMC Sleep Disorders Center team.
