I can just share one more instance from my practices experience, I was operating with a 17 year old boy, incredibly incredibly intelligent, and he's won a scholarship to go to a distant university, and I stated oh terrific, go for it, and he said I can not leave my family members, his mother had had some health challenges, not you know life threatening, but you know some well being problems, and he mentioned I just can not go half way across the nation, and I was just thinking about I was putting my personal sort of individual bias in terms of like achievement, suitable, and rather than searching at a lot more in terms of loved ones and how essential it was to him.
