REPL CSR activity
PREF is a CSR activity by REPL (Rudrabhishek Private Limited) group. Pradeep Richa Educare Foundation is a non-profit organization, which works for the welfare of needy meritorious students. REPL is a well-known consultancy in the real estate sector. PREF is started as an education foundation for underprivileged children. REPL CSR activity is just like a blessing for the students. Pre foundation organizes the scholarship programs for 11 or 12 students for their further studies. For our selected Scholars we organize career counseling workshops, communication skill workshops, personality development workshops, computer course workshop etc. to help them to reach their potential. Our key strategy is to provide a platform for a student where students can seek help in education and career guidance. We envision acting as a guide for them i.e. as u2018Path Pradarshaku2019. Through research, scholarships, School support and other forms of assistance the foundation envisions helping them in identifying and exploring options and alternatives, working towards it and succeeding in life, and in the process help in the development and promotion of skilled workforce required by our nation. Pre foundation is non-profit/NGO in Delhi, our main motive to promote education in our country. We believe in that education is the right of each and every student. PN Misra Merit scholarship and Gyanwati Misra Merit scholarship has been instituted for meritorious male and female students of class 9th to class 12th of MP Intercollege in Bampur village in Allahabad District. REPL opened the Pradeep Richa Educare Foundation, and give the money of its yearly income. We also organize the workshops for the teachers to give them proper training. PREF is continuously doing efforts towards u2018education & self- reliance for under privileged youthu2019, has been organizing u2018Mentoring Sessionu2019 through webinar for class 11 regularly on a monthly basis. We organize this program to give confidence to the children to stand and speech in front of others. We are very sure about it the education give each and every student a brighter future. You can complete your dream on the basis of your education. We give the wings to underprivileged to make their dream comes true. Education is the main part of our life; we are contributing to our country a developed country. Education is the first step of it, our mentors work with students to promote a respectful and enjoyable sessionu2019s environment.
