A64 Binding GOD’s word prayer, Compulsory homework before prayer, general praye

The reason why we can pray to the Father is because of the great work done by Jesus Christ on the cross. He opened a way with his own blood. We can go directly to the Father through his body and pray without fear. But whether our prayers are in line with Godu2019s will and how we can be heard by God, here is a suggestion. First use world prayers, then add Godu2019s attributes, and finally consider Godu2019s will at the end of prayer <br>

  1. Disciple Building Sharing A64 Binding GOD’s word prayer, Compulsory homework before prayer, general prayer The example of Jesus, confessing the name of God

  2. Preface • The reason why we can pray to the Father is because of the great work done by Jesus Christ on the cross. He opened a way with his own blood. We can go directly to the Father through his body and pray without fear. But whether our prayers are in line with God’s will and how we can be heard by God, here is a suggestion. First use world prayers, then add God’s attributes, and finally consider God’s will at the end of prayer

  3. Outline • Compulsory homework before prayer • General prayer • Jesus' example • Acknowledge the name of God • Fear the sovereignty of God • Be considerate of God's good intentions • Surrender to the power of God

  4. Mandatory homework before prayer • 1John. 5:14 “Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.” • John. 9:31 “Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him.” • 1John. 2:3 “Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments.” • Only those who bind in GOD’s word can know God and know God’s will, because Jesus is the only way, the only truth, and the only life to go to the Father.

  5. Check of binding in GOD’s word • A62 Self-examination of walking GOD’s way/ growth of confidence The word of the Bible, analysis into the word of God, Do you need self-control and considerate of God's will ppp • https://discussion4disciple.blogspot.com/2021/06/a62-self-examination-of-walking-gods.html • A60 Revolutionized abiding GOD’s word, Only I am God; there is no other god besides me, and no one can be rescued from my hand, confess your name, leave their sins, and remain silent ppp • https://discussion4disciple.blogspot.com/2021/06/a60-revolutionized-abiding-gods-word.html

  6. General Prayer-Seek sickness and be healed • Pray that the patient’s pain can be reduced • Pray for wisdom to be given to doctors and nurses to be able to do the right treatment • Seek medical equipment in hospitals to operate smoothly • Seek maintenance and health care after cure can proceed smoothly • Pray that God can protect the patient with sufficient physical resistance • Pray for God to be with the sick and keep his inner peace

  7. Jesus' example • Matt. 26:39 “He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, ‘O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.’” • This prayer of Jesus is an example of our prayers when we are sick or in distress. Jesus is 100% human. He is unwilling to take the taste of death, but he is considerate of the Father’s will. He would rather drink the bitter cup by himself and may God's will be fulfilled

  8. Get healed • James. 5:16 “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” • Confess your trespasses • Jeremiah 2:19 Your wickedness will punish you; your backsliding will rebuke you. Consider then and realize how evil and bitter it is for you when you forsake the Lord your God and have no awe of me,” declares the Lord, the Lord Almighty.

  9. Get healed • 1John. 1:9 “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” • confess our sins • 18 Sin/good ,The evil result of sin is death. The Bible wants to show how to do good, and only through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit can things happen ppp • https://discussion4disciple.blogspot.com/2020/09/18-singood-evil-result-of-sin-is-death.html

  11. Fear the sovereignty of God • Exodus 33:1919 Then He said, “I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.” • Heb. 1:3 “who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,” • Deuteronomy 32:3939 ‘Now see that I, even I, am He, And there is no God besides Me; I kill and I make alive; I wound and I heal; Nor is there any who can deliver from My hand.

  12. Be considerate of God's good intentions • Lamentations 3:3232 Though He causes grief, Yet He will show compassion According to the multitude of His mercies. • Lamentations 3:3333 For He does not afflict willingly, Nor grieve the children of men. • 2Pet.3:9 “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.”
