Shreyansh orchestrated a smooth changes in the top and middle management of his companies, divested non-core assets, restructured the debt, simultaneously raised fresh capital from financial institutions and eventually running the business as CEO and shareholder.<br><br>He aims to make a company which gets counted amongst the most admired and most trusted integrated utility companies in the world, delivering reliable and quality products and services to all customers at competitive costs, with international standards of customer care- thereby creating superior value for all stakeholders.<br><br>He wants to set new benchmarks in standards of corporate performance and governance through the pursuit of operational and financial excellence, responsible citizenship and profitable growth.

SJAIN VENTURES Sjain Ventures (SJV) was incorporated in 2009. The company is engaged in providing services in IT, Media and Consulting. SJV is an ISO 27001:2013 certified company. The company has a workforce of 125+employees, 3+ development centers and served over 1100+ clients across 21 countries.
TURNING VISION INTO REALITY Nothing could dampen the spirits of the 17-year-old who wanted to open his company in spite of Indian laws disallowing it, due to age bar. His cousin joined hands with him and that’s how his first company Educell came into existence.
