  2. Present simple - basis Vervoeging: • De meestewerkwoordenvervoegenzoals het voorbeeldhieronder. Let wel: de ‘shit’ regel (She, he + it snelgezegdklinktals ‘shit’: 3e persoonenkelvoudkrijgteen ‘s’). De 3e persoonnegatief en vragendwordtgevormt door ‘does’ tegebruiken.

Alsereenvorm van het werkwoordto be is (am, are, is) danmaak je eenontekenning door ernothierachterteplaatsen. • “You speak English.” – “You do not speakEnglish.” • “I am really into English lessons!” – “I am not really into English lessons!” • “I play football.” – “ I do not playfootball.” • “It snows in winter in New York” – “It does not snow in winter in New York.”
