  13. Pilot One – Standards-Based • Six research standards from PESBProfessional Education Standards Board • Based on ISLLC standards Inter-State Leaders Licensure Consortium • Research based indicators • Developed by Gary Cohn, Gene Sharratt, and Larry Lashaway • Piloted in ESD 189

  14. Pilot Two – Outcomes-Based • Focuses on goals and outcomes … not rubrics • More of a “district” evaluation • A year-long-conversation … not once-a-year • Piloted by Policy Governance districts

  15. Pilot 3 – 360 Evaluation • A Race To The Top requirement • Each district is developing their own • Could be an add on to the other four pilots • Piloted by RTTT Road Map Consortium
