Many organizations are making a strategic and concerted move to self service, internally for employees and externally to their customers and suppliers The FormScape V3 repository enables self-service across the value chain, providing huge productivity benefits and even improving user morale, typically through empowerment and ease of use. The documents are easily accessible via web browser for viewing, printing, and emailing. You have probably experienced this yourself, that people in your organization waste time hunting misfiled or misplaced documents.     27. The mechanism that is used by the FormScape form designer is a simple drag-n-drop of the data from the original report you see in the left panel onto the form in the right panel. And then, the designer proceeds to add logos, barcodes, and boxes, selects fonts and colors for the text, adds a watermark, etc. If the designer prefers to establish the layout of the form first, that’s fine too; he can drag-n-drop the data onto the form at any point of the design process.
