  2. Apply to Co-op using HireAC 1. Go to www.hireac.algonquincollege.com 2. Click the “Student Login”, this will bring you to your ACSIS login page

HireAC - Registration & Getting Started through ACSIS 1 Login: Enter your student number, click next Enter your Password, click login Click continue You will now be in ACSIS, scroll down, on the left hand side column click “HireAC” under Employment Support Centre and Coop This will prompt you to “Continue to HireAC” You are now in you “HireAC” home page 2 4

  4. Select your Program Select the Co-op tab on the left hand side You will see a list of the Co-op Programs Algonquin College offers. Select the program you are enrolled in Please Note: Not all programs offer Co-op and not all students are eligible for Co-op, for more detailed information please review Appendix ‘A’ in the student hand book 1

  5. Application Questions Complete the Application Questions by answering each question

  6. We want to know more About You Click on submit application You will be prompted to save again

  7. Approval Process • You have now applied to Co-op • Your application will be reviewed by your academic Co-op coordinator • They will determine if you are accepted into Co-op • Once you are approved you will receive an email confirming your enrolment in Co-op and what steps to take next
