Peering Location – USA • 3rd Party supplier (Tele-House) identified to provide physical location for peering point • Requirements of Peering Point • Diverse carrier access into the facility • Carrier grade communications facility • Could replicate model used within GSM-GRX community • VLAN established to manage interconnectivity between CRX routers • designed and managed by tele-house engineering personnel • Each CRX provider responsible for their components • Requirements of CRX Provider • Purchase circuit access to peering point • Install router in peering point location • Establish membership in VLAN

Peering Location – USA • Add, Modify inter-CRX routing (GRX model) • Peformed on a per request basis • Mobile Operator identifies desired roaming partner to CRX provider • CRX provider notifies CRX peer of desire to route traffic between the two effected mobile operator networks • CRX providers modify screening to allow effected address routes to be share between each other • CRX providers confirm that new routes are being populated in routing tables • Mobile operators notified of inter-CRX routing completion • Inter-operator testing performed
