Strategies for Success • Ask questions • Volunteer to be a member or f/if leader of workgroups, subcommittees, taskforces, etc. • Develop clearly stated formal short, intermediate and long term goals • Align your goals with PMAP/PMAS, IDP, benchmarks • Be persistent, always in a respectful and sincere manner • Know the evidence, be the SME
