Used for: • Increasing motivation and job satisfaction • Improving job performance • Retention/ reduced turnover • JOB ANALYSIS: Process of describing and recording aspects of jobs. Used for: • Job Descriptions (core tasks, duties & responsibilities) • Job Specifications (KSA’s used for job)
