  17. What if I make a mistake on a certified report? Question : I paid my employees their normal “ non-prevailing wage rate ”. What do I need to do? Answer: You need to make wage restitution AND issue corrected certified payroll reports within 30 days from the date that the General Contactor was notified. These must be accompanied by a completed restitution form for each affected employee.
