  14. Home Med Entry • Two new statuses No Home Meds & Unobtainable • Default to new to quickly enter multiple meds • Enter “little blue pill.” Can edit once med is identified • Enter name of drug only =unconfirmed status • Enter name and tablet strength=unconfirmed status • Enter full details=confirmed and can be reconciled to inpatient 14

  16. Default to New to enter multiple medications quickly

  17. Enter “little blue pill for blood pressure” which can be edited to the correct med once known

  18. Enter name of med only and the 1st tier is confirmed; overall status of med is unconfirmed

  19. Enter name & tablet strength but no route and frequency. 2nd and 3rd tier status unconfirmed

  20. Enter name, dose, route and frequency. 1st and 2nd tier show and med status is confirmed

  23. EMR Changes • Search record to find specific labs or reports across multiple visits • All Visits-Most Recent + sign indicates more reports of that type of exam are available • Users are able to define number of columns that display on Clinical Panels 23

  30. Number of Columns on Clinical Panel Using the “+” and “-” , users can add or subtract columns within the Clinical Panels

  31. ORDER ENTRY REDESIGN

  32. Ordering Enhancements • Required queries display on the front screen for orders & order sets. This will be added shortly after go live • Red edit button turns blue once queries are completed • Improved search for orders • Search by two letter CT, US • Search by two words: urine ketones • Auto clear when queuing multiple orders • Blood Products new status of COMBINED (not canceled) 32
