Goals and direction?(This slide was the outcome of the group discussion.) • To build a culture … • that promotes the mission of the University • that allows all of us to learn, to share, and to grow • that that encourages individual contributions through the sharing of ideas, perspectives, and best practices (tips & tricks) • that allows all groups to understand what others are doing and to move in a uniform consistent direction • that promotes the development of teams • that emphasis creativity and exploration of new ideas and approaches • that allows everyone to contribute, to derive professional satisfaction, to be proud of our accomplishments • that allows us all to become more efficient so that we can work on other “cool” things that provide more value to the university • that brings greater awareness to accessibility, security, and usability • Okay, what’s next? It is up to us!
