How to create a pivot table

  • Exercise

    • Check lab results of confirmed measles/rubella cases

  • Understanding the data:

    • iMIgM1: Measles IgM result (1=Positive;2=Negative; 3=Equivocal; 4=Pending; 8=Not done; 9=Unknown)

    • iRIgM1: Rubella IgM result

    • sConfirmedM: Confirmed measles case? (Y=Yes; N=No)

    • iConfMethodM: Method of confirmation of measles (1=Lab confirmed; 2=Epi-linked; 3=Clinically)

    • sConfirmedR: Confirmed rubella case?

    • iConfMethodR: Method of confirmation of rubella
