Contract 04-0120F4 • This contract constructs the self-anchored suspension portion of the new East Span • Advertised on 8/1/05 • Bids open on 2/1/06 • Estimated cost is $1,450,000,000 • Project funded by Toll revenues and State funds, therefore Buy America is not required • Contract duration is 2130 working days (7 days/week)

Contract 04-0120F4 • Contract consists of the following components: • Two steel orthotropic box girders and decks • Steel tower consisting of 4 tower shafts with elevator • Concrete cap beam at Piers W2 and E2 • Steel bike path • Steel prefabricated parallel wire strand cable system • All steel fabrication will be off-site
