Line 16 Improvement Project: Addressing Variance in Run Rates

This project aims to identify and address the root causes of variance in run rates on Line 16. Through the use of Pareto charts, statistical process charts, and operator suggestions, we will implement solutions such as improved training, equipment availability, and streamlined changeovers. Weekly communication updates will ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
