  2. Acai, Berry and Baobab Breakfast Bowl - 1 frozen banana - 1 cup of strawberries - 1/2 a cup of blueberries - 1/2 a cup of raspberries - 2 medjool dates - 1 tablespoon of almond butter - 1 heaped tablespoon of acai powder - 1 heaped teaspoon of baobab powder

Almond Joy Waffles 1 cup white whole wheat flour1 cup oat flour1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut1/2 cup almond butter2 tsp baking powder1 egg (I used a flax egg substitute)1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp almond extract2 T coconut oil1 1/4-1 1/2 cup milk(I used almond milk) Turn on your waffle iron so it can heat up.  In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In a large bowl, mix the wet.  Add wet to dry and mix just until combined.

Mascarpone Breakfast Sandwich With Nutellaand Fresh Fruit 1 slice ciabatta bread 2-3 Tablespoons Nutella or any hazelnut spread 2-3 Tablespoons of fresh mascarpone 1 teaspoon cinnamon Fresh fruit Slice the ciabatta bread in half and spread the Nutella on one side and the mascarpone on the other. Sprinkle the cinnamon on both sides and spread a single layer of bread. Fold the two pieces into each other and set under the broiler for a minute (or until your desired warm/crispiness is achieved). Eat immediately [preferably before anyone else sees you or else you may have to make more].
