  4. FEATURES OF ROTARY TILLER Rotary tiller is a secondary tiller implement which provides better soil pulverization than conventional/traditional tillage methods. Benefits of Rotary Tiller Major benefit of rotary tiller is that it destroys weeds , paddy stubbles , sugarcane, maize and cotton stubbles completely Rotary tiller is also beneficial in cutting previous crop residues into small fragments and burying into soil to increase fertility of soil for next crop. Rotary tiller provides better pulverization of soil than traditional tillage equipments. Rotary tiller use is helpful in preparing the field in lead amount of time and thereby the soil moisture content can be efficiently used for next crop. HYDRAULIC SIDE SHIFT ROTARY TILLER •Fieldking rotary tiller utilizes a hydraulic system that allows adjusting the offset working condition swiftly and effectively. •It has a double acting hydraulic cylinder for sliding of machine on a high strength chrome plate piston. •It is provided with a Three point linkage with top link shaft adjustment. •It is also provided with a supporting wheel for adjustment. Features •It is used primarily for tillage application in Vineyards, Orchards and other row crop fields. •The design of this rotavator allows its performance and usage in wet as well as dry soil conditions. •Drive shaft remains in idle position and offset moves as much as 16”.   14. SUB -SOILER FEATURES APPLICATIONS BENEFITS 1) Sub Soiler is a primary tillage equipment that has upto 22” depth. Sub Soiler is used in preparation of crop fields to break soil at higher depths. Sub-soiling breaks the soil layers below normal tillage depth. 2) It increases ground water storage capacity in the soil. Sub soiler finds application in all types of crop fields other than paddy. This results in increased water infiltration. 3) It increases soil turnover by reaching deeper organic matter layers. Applicable for less water intensive crop fields. Roots penetration is higher and better water drainage. 4) Depth can be adjusted by adjusting the top link. Has a heavy duty variant with shear bolt arrangement. Sub soiling results in loosening the soil without inverting it. 5) It has broad frame which is made of 8 mm thick rectangular box for maximum strength.   16. Features and Benefits of Plough Plough is a primary tillage equipment that is primarily used to penetrate deeper seed level for efficient penetration and inverting, then mixing the soil. It can reach upto depths of 15” . It thereby adds more fertility and manure to the soil by covering vegetation or previous crop residue and minerals present in soil. It allows the soil to aerate easily and air can pass through the soil easily which eventually will lead to good germination and good crop yield as seeds are able to have good contact with the soil. After using plough in a field, Surface of soil reaches a condition which inhibits soil erosion by passing winds. The correct time of ploughing is very important as if at start of rainy season, ploughing is done it helps in good germination and retention of crops while minimizing unwanted weeds.

TYPES OF PLOUGHS DISC TYPE PLOUGH MOULD BOARD PLOUGH •Disc type plough has concave shaped discs which are used to move along hard and stoney soil at ease and is very effective after crop harvesting when the ground is hard. •The life span of disc plough is greater in soil than that of mould board. •Fieldking disc plough is produced with 2-3-4 and 5 bottom notched /plain disc as option connected to spindles. •Disc diameter is 26” or 28” with disc spacing of 23”, drawbar is hexagonal with casting scraper. •It is a direct tractor mounted implement and has an extra heavy duty pipe frame •Mounted Mould board plough •Regular MB Plough •Reversible MB Plough •Jumbo MB Plough

MOULD BOARD PLOUGHS MOUNTED MOULD BOARD PLOUGH • It is designed to work in all types of soil for for breaking, raising and turning operation. • This plough uses 10 mm thickness wear resistant steel blades and single 25mm / 36 mm thickness profile cut single tyne with options of 2,3,4 furrow bottoms. • It can undertake depths upto 14” and furrows are connected to a solid 2” thick draw bar rod. • Steel used is from TATA or SAIL hence the steel has high quality, strength and is fresh cut. • Its height is 42 “ with 8 mm thick Mould board and sufficient ground clearance to give curved contact with the soil for deeper penetration. • Three point connecting lever and 1.5” thick square connecting rod. REVERSIBLE MOULD BOARD PLOUGH • The functionality is similar to Regular MB Plough, difference being the arrangement of mould board with furrows and the Hydraulically operated turnover mechanism. It has 36 mm profile cut tyne with 8 mm plough board. • It comes with 2 furrow and 2+1 furrow option. • It provides faster and better mixing of inverted soil as during the first round the lower blades cut through the soil and in second round the direction of blades is reversed and it provides inversion of soil in opposite direction without manual intervention and stopping. • It has good fuel economy giving added benefit to the farmer. • It has 14” deep cut capability in the soil and shear bolt safety arrangement. 6/29/2019 20

MOULD BOARD PLOUGH JUMBO FIXED MOULD BOARD PLOUGH • This plough is used for deep ploughing and is provided with 2 , 2+1 and 3+1 option furrows. • It has 36 mm profile cut tyne made of boron steel giving it higher strength in operation with efficient ploughing. • Jumbo plough has heavy duty frame structure and shear bolt safety mechanism to protect the implement in case of heavy obstruction. • Jumbo plough has optional tire arrangement for controlling and adjusting the depth of operation in the field. • It has 8 mm thick mould board with 10 mm plough shear.

  20. RIPPER FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS • Ripper is a primary tillage implement capable of penetrating the soil upto 15.7” depth with specially designed tynes 5 to 7 nos. With 10” to 12” tyne spacing ,thereby aerating the soil for good crop yields. • It has wide working width upto 112” hence saving cost, energy and time consumed in the tillage operation. • Ripper cuts the weeds below the surface and reduces the compaction effects. • It has a height of 50” with optional crumbler or roller arrangement for breaking heavy soil pieces. • Fieldking ripper has shear bolt safety mechanism and hence can be used in heavy duty applications • It has 8 mm thick mould board with 10 mm plough shear.

DISC RIDGER FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS • Fieldking Disc Ridger implement is primarily a tillage equipment that I used to cut and turn the soil in two opposite direction simultaneously creating ridges which are useful in planting vegetables crops. • It is used for making irrigation banks for effective control of flood irrigation. • Fieldking disc ridger is available in 2 bottom and 4 bottom arrangement for creation of one and two ridges respectively. • It has sturdy heavy duty box frame with boron steel blade discs in plain/notched discs of 26” diameter connected to spindle axle arrangement. • Maximum width achievable between ridges is 39” by Fieldking disc ridger. • Other variant of disc ridger are disc ridger provided with a roller arrangement which provides a ridge bed, height and width of which can be controlled by roller height adjustment and adjusting the disc • Maximum ridge height achievable is 13” .

TYNE RIDGER FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS • Fieldking Tyne Ridger implement is primarily a tillage equipment used for making ridges for vegetable and sugarcane plantation. • Fieldking tyne ridger is available in 3, 4 and 5 tyne arrangement for creation multiple ridges in the field and is thereby cost saving and provides faster ridge preparation. • Fieldking Tyne ridger has sturdy heavy duty box frame and can produce ridge with maximum width of 39”. • Optional Tyre arrangement available to provide stability to the implement. • Due to its light weight , it can be hitched directly to tractor 3 PL and transported easily to the field. • Due to direct mounting by three point linkage depth of bund can be controlled and additionally the depth can be controlled by tyre arrangement provided.

PRODUCT : FIELDKING CULTIVATOR •Fieldking Cultivator is a secondary tillage equipment for depths upto 6” and is made up of solid frame and steel material . •Fieldking cultivator is made up of fresh cut material procured from reputed manufacturers such as TATA and SAIL. •It is produced by Fieldking’s in-house R & D Team •It is further sub divided into Spring loaded type, rigid type and double coil type cultivator having unique features and applications. Features •It is used primarily for softening the soil and for effective soil aeration so the field can be kept as it is for some time to prepare it for seedbed preparation. •It is also used to get the deep roots from previous harvest/produce to the top . •Its variants such as multirow cultivator are primarily used for refining soil further and making the soil softer. PRODUCT : SPRING LOADED CULTIVATOR •It has heavy duty channel frame. •It has forged tynes made of EN-9 Steel material and shovel is 8mm made of EN-42 steel material. •It has 26 coils per spring made of 10 mm dia wires. •Used for light to medium soil type. Beri Type Spring loaded Cultivator •Medium type or USA type cultivator derives strength from heavy duty angles which are fixed on the frames. •Frame is of higher width than regular cultivator and hence the three point linkage is of higher length. •It has small pair springs parallel mounted on the frame. •It is used for medium soil type. PRODUCT :DOUBLE COIL TYPE CULTIVATOR •Fieldking Double Coil Cultivator has coil shaped tynes wherein the most affected parts of the tynes are so designed to withstand force pushback due to sudden field obstruction that may be encountered . •The main frame of the cultivator is reinforced with heavy duty steel tubes to give it strength. •Due to the efficient coil type design , it acts like a spring and all the tynes are adjustable. •Its main application is for light and medium soil types.   28. MULTI ROW CULTIVATOR • The main advantages of using a multi row cultivator is that it provides even further refined and pulverized soil due to multiple row operations. Better pulverized soil enables better seed plantation and hence good crop yields. Multi row cultivator can be 2 row or three row cultivator depending upon farmer’s requirements and it is made up of coil shaped tynes giving it inbuilt spring type action. Previous crop residues does not get entangled in the cultivator tynes and due to absence of springs there is no garbage collection on the spring as well. Tyne is made of EN-9 Spring steel material and shovels are made up of Hi-carbon steel material giving it strength to withstand obstructions encountered in the field. HARROWS HIGH SPEED DISC HARROW • Primarily used for opening the field and shattering of clods. • It is used for effective breaking of roots and aerating the soil. • Rubber used in place of double coil tyne which eventually wear out and need to be changed. • Designed to work for high speeds upto 20 Kmph. • Notched discs of diameter 22” and 24” are used with no. of discs ranging from 12 to 28. HIGH SPEED DISC HARROW PRO • Similar in operation to high speed disc harrow. • Double coil type tynes used with notched discs in this pro model to provide flexibility and spring mechanism in operation. • Standard distance between discs is 9.8” . • Notched discs of diameter 22” and 24” are used with no. of discs ranging from 12 to 28. • Provided with dead weight arrangement (optional) ULTRA SERIES HEAVY DUTY HYDRAULIC HARROW • Solid square rod Axle 1.6” thick giving it ultra heavy duty design. • Bearing spools are provided for reducing load on tractor and lubrication. HEAVY DUTY HYDRAULIC HARROW • Made up of 1.6” solid square rod axle arrangement with 24” or 26” dia discs with disc to disc distance as 9”. • Gang arrangement: Notched disc in front gang and plain disc in rear. • No. of discs ranging from 18 to 32 nos. with bearing spools provided for less load on tractor. POLY DISC HARROW / PLOUGH • Poly disc harrow is designed to work in all types of soil for breaking , inverting and mixing. • Made up of 3.5” seamless pipe gang axle with 10.4” disc to disc distance and 24” dia boron steel discs. • Discs used are notched and plain (optional) with 6,7 and 8 disc variants.

HARROWS TRAILED OFFSET DISC HARROW (WITH TYRE) • It trails behind the tractor with optional wheels provided for easy transportation. • Plain disc is used in this harrow with 12,14,16 and 18 discs of 24 mm dia with 9” disc to disc distance. HUNTER SERIES MOUNTED OFFSET DISC HARROW • It has heavy duty tubular frame and solid square rod axle with 18 to 26 discs with disc to disc distance of 9” and disc diameter of 22”. • Gang arrangement : Notched discs in front gang and plain disc in rear gang. • Heavy duty frame allows breakage of heavy clods. • It has heavy duty bearing hub . • It has scraper blades assembly to clear the dust accumulated by regular operation of the harrow discs at the field.

  35. PRODUCT : POWER HARROW • Fieldking Power harrow is used to turn, break , refine and provide even distribution of soil over the entire working width to create a perfect seedbed. It breaks up even the most compacted ground often in a single pass. It consists of multiple set of blades which counter rotate about a vertical axis which soften the soil and the soil appears granulated yet leveled as is require for crop seeding. Fieldking power harrow rotors run on ball bearings for higher power applications. Protection shield for upper rotor bearing eliminates possible damage to main transmission. A depth controller is provided for depth control. For additional safety, a self adjustable side stone deflector is provided for safety which doesn’t allow the stones to scatter.
