  3. Summary of the financial situation EU funding Received in 2005: 4 926 997 € Funding distributed to the partners: 4 439 980 €

  4. Modification to the contract to be sent to D. Pasini • addition of universities as co legal entities for LAL and IPNO • Exemption of certain contractors from the requirement to provide • periodic audit certificates; derogation from Article 7.2 of the model contract. • Change of some participants representatives • Addition of new associates
