  1. Entering Kindergarten Assessment Data into SKORES Testing & Evaluation 2013-14

  2. Create a Batch • Click on New Batch • Select District Test in the Test Type window • Select Reading for the literacy test • Select Mathematics for the math test • Select Health for the Behavior Rating Scale

  3. Create a Batch • Select the Test Name • Select the teacher and class • Give the batch a name, such as AM literacy or PM math • Click the Finished button

  4. Entering Scores • Click on the batch name • Leave the Exceptions column blank except for the following: • Mark absent if the student was absent during the entire test window and testing was not started or completed • Mark exempt if the student’s IEP or 504 indicates exemption • Do not use the Opportunity code

  5. Entering Scores • Literacy: Mark the number attempted and number correct for Letter Names & Letter Sounds (English) and Syllable Sounds (Spanish) • Math: Mark the answer for each item • Behavior Rating Scale: Mark the answer for each item To add or delete students from the batch, click on the Manage Batch link

  7. Submit Batch • After scores have been entered, be sure to click the Submit button
