CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE • Estimated Construction Time for the entire project is 9 to 12 months. • The Sidewalk Construction started in front of the Deer Lake Middle School and will continue on Deer Lake Road. • Construction activities are generally within two 1,000-foot segments at a time if a second crew can be added. • The construction work in front of the Killearn Lakes Elementary School will be scheduled when the school is not in session.

SCOPE AND INTENT OF THE IMPROVEMENTS • Add Sidewalks on one side of the Deer Lake Road and Kinhega Drive, and Pedestrian Crossings. • Improve Safety and Function while preserving existing trees, wetlands, and character. • Add Bike Lane Pavement Marking and Signage to both sides of the road. • Reduce the vehicular travel lane width to encourage slower running speeds.
